Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, and maintaining training records as part of the ABSA Learning & Development Internships.
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing invitations and registrations for the ABSA Learning & Development Internships.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and stakeholders regarding the ABSA Learning & Development Internships, including training programs, schedules, and requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and feedback. Compile data and generate reports to track training effectiveness and compliance as part of the ABSA Learning & Development Internships.
- Technology Utilisation: Use learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms to organize, deliver, and track training activities during the ABSA Learning & Development Internships.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze training evaluations and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training initiatives within the ABSA Learning & Development Internships.
