Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Operations, Business Administration, or related field within the last 6 months.
- Demonstrates a strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
- Possesses exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Must have legal authorization to work in South Africa, including citizenship or a valid visa or work permit.
Responsibilities
- Establish trust and credibility with executives, business, and technical decision-makers in assigned accounts through building connections.
- Gain an understanding of the customer’s industry, top priorities, and current transformational strategies for the assigned accounts.
- Develop value-proposition presentations, utilizing business cases, and create specialized business plans tailored to customers to drive business outcomes and generate upsells.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on business planning for assigned accounts, setting strategic priorities aligned with customer needs and Microsoft’s objectives.
