2. Survey Creation and Preparation

- Ensure survey content is structured to meet specific reporting needs.
3. Survey Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Analysis
- Analyze survey results, identifying trends and key insights.
- Provide recommendations based on survey scores and customer feedback.
- Prepare presentations that effectively communicate survey findings.
4. Report Generation and Data Analysis
- Compile and translate survey feedback into Excel spreadsheets.
- Generate relevant data and produce reports that meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct trend analysis and deliver insights to support decision-making.
5. Talent Management
- Collect and manage performance data related to survey agents.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entered by survey agents.

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for the Survey Assistant position, candidates must meet the following baseline qualifications and experience:
- Education: A Grade 12/Matric qualification or NQF Level 4 certification.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
- 1 year of data analysis experience is required.
