    Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required

    To be considered for the Clerk of Works position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • A Trade Certificate at NQF4 with a minimum of 120 credits.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of related experience in construction or maintenance, preferably in a project management environment.
