With roles available across several departments, the programme is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build a sustainable future.

A Pathway to Employment for Young South Africans

The YES Programme targets unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 29, offering them a 12-month contract filled with on-the-job learning and a monthly stipend of R5000. It’s open to young people who hold at least a Grade 12 qualification, live near Centurion (Irene), and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

The aim is to not only offer employment but to build employability. Participants walk away with both technical and soft skills that make them more competitive in the job market—things like teamwork, communication, and time management.

What Makes the Ctrack YES Programme Valuable?

Young people entering the workforce often struggle to find opportunities due to lack of experience. This is where the Ctrack YES Programme steps in. It creates a structured environment where participants can:

    • Gain practical work experience in real job settings.
    • Be part of a supportive and structured environment.
    • Learn vital skills that boost career growth.
    • Build a foundation for long-term employment.

Many young people who have completed similar YES programmes have gone on to secure permanent roles, either at the host company or elsewhere, thanks to their enriched CVs and new skill sets.
