    Job Categories and Locations

    The EPWP Project Support positions are divided into different groups, each focusing on specific administrative and project management functions. Candidates can apply based on their province of residence and area of expertise.

    1. EPWP Data Capturer (18 Posts)
      • Locations: Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape, Western Cape
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Maintaining EPWP databases, capturing monthly reports, reconciling reports, and ensuring accurate data entry.
    2. EPWP Project Support (5 Posts – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Providing administrative and logistical support, managing project finances, and assisting in report consolidation.
    3. Monitoring & Evaluation (2 Posts – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data, conducting desktop research, developing performance reports, and presenting findings.
    4. Compliance Officers (3 Posts – Cape Town and Pretoria)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with EPWP reporting and document management standards.
    5. EPWP Coordination (2 Posts – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Coordinating provincial EPWP projects, monitoring compliance, and compiling reports.
    6. Team Leader: EPWP Coordination (1 Post – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,920
      • Responsibilities: Leading coordination efforts, supporting provincial project planning, and monitoring compliance.
    7. Youth & Contractor Development (18 Posts – Nationwide)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,920
      • Responsibilities: Supporting youth empowerment and training projects, evaluating project reports, and ensuring compliance.
    8. Project Data Coordinators (45 Posts – Nationwide)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Managing project documentation, verifying records, and handling data reconciliation.
    9. Project Data Support (4 Posts – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Managing UIF contributions, handling project compliance, and tracking invoices.
    10. Data Capturer: EPWP Reporting (29 Posts – Nationwide)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,260
      • Responsibilities: Capturing project data, compiling progress reports, and ensuring compliance with EPWP guidelines.
    11. Team Leader: EPWP Reporting (3 Posts – Pretoria, Gauteng)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,920
      • Responsibilities: Managing data capturers, overseeing reporting processes, and conducting quality assessments.
    12. Working on Fire Project Coordinators (2 Posts – Cape Town, Western Cape)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,920
      • Responsibilities: Ensuring contract compliance, monitoring project performance, and conducting safety assessments.
    13. Working on Fire Ground Operations Support (7 Posts – Cape Town, Western Cape)
      • Monthly Stipend: R7,920
      • Responsibilities: Verifying compliance, analyzing operational data, and supporting fire management systems.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A recognized three-year Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in a related field.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
    • Basic understanding of EPWP, government planning processes, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
