- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Achieved at least:
- 40% in Mathematics OR 60% in Mathematical Literacy.
- 50% in English and one additional South African language.

- Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month duration.

- Compiling a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) for submission to the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
- Completing logbooks as part of work-based learning requirements.
- Participating in assessments (formative and summative) and achieving the required pass marks.
- Demonstrating proficiency in using company systems and understanding operational processes.
- Conducting themselves professionally and upholding the Momentum Group’s values.
