Position Overview: Office Assistant
The Office Assistant position is essential for ensuring that the Legal Aid SA office environment runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Transporting Staff: Provide transport services for Legal Aid SA staff to courts, provincial offices, or national offices, in line with Legal Aid SA’s transport and fleet management policies.
Required Competencies
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- A valid driver’s license is essential for the transport duties associated with the role.
- The ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling various administrative tasks is crucial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed to manage the switchboard and correspondence efficiently.
