The purpose of this Work Readiness Skills Program Facilitator role is to facilitate and impart a set of skills and behaviors that are crucial for candidates to achieve success in their chosen fields. The program aims to help participants learn how to interact effectively with superiors, co-workers, and clients while navigating the corporate environment with ease and confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and monitor Summative and Formative assessments on the following unit standards: 13940, 119676, 114943, 117171, 114979, and 114932.
- Ensure that learners are equipped with the necessary work readiness skills to succeed in their professional careers.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate, recognized National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- 0-1 year’s experience in the Insurance Environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
