Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the 2025 ADC Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an NQF Level 5 qualification or higher from a recognised institution.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess less than 12 months of work experience.
- Be willing to undergo educational and criminal background checks.
- Show a strong commitment to completing the full 12-month programme.
