BC Secretary Job Description
As the BC Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the SPACE department. This team focuses on providing psychological, academic, and career guidance to students, ensuring their holistic development. The position is available starting 1 January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
The BC Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the SPACE department, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative Support: Assist psychologists, the Academic Support Director, and the Careers Officer with general and specialized administrative tasks.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage multiple electronic calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling.
