Objective:
- Provides graduates with practical work experience and facilitates skill transfer to prepare them for the workforce.
Format: - May be part-time or full-time, depending on the programme.
4. Learnerships
Who Can Apply:
- Individuals who have completed Grade 12.
Objective: - Offers a mix of theoretical learning and practical workplace training.
Duration: - 12 to 24 months.
Recognition: - Participants earn a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

- Applicants must reside permanently within the City of Cape Town’s jurisdiction.
- Priority is given to graduates of local universities, technical universities, colleges, and TVET institutions.
