Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Execute Point of Sale (POS) Operations
- Process purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Scan merchandise, collect payments, and process ClubCard rewards.
- Ensure correct handling and management of cash transactions.
- Promote Clicks ClubCard Membership
- Proactively promote the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme.
- Assist new customers with ClubCard sign-ups to meet store participation targets.
- Enhance Customer Shopping Experience
- Assist customers in finding products and offer professional service.
- Inform customers about available promotions to boost sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining friendly and professional interactions.
- Merchandising & Store Maintenance
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.
- Assist with store housekeeping to keep it clean and organized.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Stock & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on current promotions, product ranges, and stock levels.
- Provide correct product information to customers.
