Key Responsibilities
Client Services
- Managing client inquiries via phone and email regarding unit trusts, retirement, and life product queries.
- Providing investment information to clients and financial advisors.
- Ensuring accurate client data management and prompt follow-ups on correspondence.
- Building relationships with financial advisors.
- Assisting in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
- Handling complaints and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

Validations
- Processing applications for financial advisors related to retirement and unit trust products.
