Key Responsibilities
The Finance Administrator: Financial Accounting will handle various administrative duties, including:
- Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the financial unit.
- Assisting the Finance Officer and Financial Accountant in prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining business unit records.
- Organizing financial reports and ensuring accurate data capturing.
- Assisting with invoice verification and payroll administration.
- Supporting the implementation of financial policies and compliance with relevant Acts and regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A Diploma in Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting.
- Experience: 2-3 years in finance administration or a related field.
- Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
