Job Objectives
As a Display Assistant (Driver), you will:
- Transport equipment to various locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
- Set up and dismantle displays in stores, outdoor areas, and at events.
- Coordinate routes to maximise delivery efficiency.
- Prepare posters for in-store use and outdoor displays, ensuring they are properly inserted into frames.
- Hang and repair posters for both new and revamped stores.
- Collect and set up branded gazebos for events, alongside flyers and telescopic banners.
- Manage the vehicle assigned to you, making sure it is kept in good condition and reporting any issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for the Display Assistant (Driver) role should have:
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8) – This is mandatory as you will be responsible for driving a vehicle across different locations.
- Grade 12 (Matric) – A basic education qualification is required to ensure you can manage the responsibilities efficiently.
