    Job Summary:

    The E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the EC Ops Coordinator, the wider E-commerce team, and the Shared Services CS & Logistics teams. This role is crucial for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.

    Requirements:

    • Education:
      • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
      • Proficiency in Shopify and Zendesk

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service:
      • Assist the Customer Service & Brand Communications Coordinator with addressing customer queries via email, phone, and social media.
      • Provide clear communication to customers regarding late deliveries, stock availability, and short shipments.
      • Monitor customer activity and reports to enhance the FAQ page and address common issues.
    • Operations:
      • Support the EC Ops Coordinator in ensuring that orders are fulfilled and dispatched within the prescribed service level agreements (SLAs).
      • Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
      • Oversee the processing of returns and exchanges by the logistics partner, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
      • Maintain packaging and sticker levels at the logistics partner to accommodate peak seasons.
      • Assist with system recaps, short shipments, and processing refunds or replacements as needed.
    • On-Site Support:
      • Assist the Digital Content Specialist with on-site updates, including product uploads, tags, and pricing adjustments.
