Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Matric (essential)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Communications
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment across various levels
- Proven experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle

Job Specification:
- Recruitment Duties:
- Source and recruit operational staff for roles in Sales, Technical, Finance, and Admin.
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Advertising positions internally and externally
- Screening and sourcing candidates according to job specifications
- Utilizing online and print media for advertising as needed
- Networking and obtaining referrals
- Minimizing agency use to emergency situations only, with prior authorization
- Process Management:
- Liaise with and manage Line Managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with hiring and audit requirements
- Lead interviews, including:
- Drafting competency-based interview guides
- Scheduling and managing interviews
- Providing feedback and processing applications
- Manage candidate communications and administration:
- Issuing offers and contracts
- Handling candidate regretting
- Coordinating meetings between candidates and Business Executives
- Client and System Management:
- Maintain consistent communication with Line Managers and HR business partners
- Manage vacancies through the e-Recruitment system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Group Talent Manager
