    • Keeping all HR-related databases updated.
    • Generating HR reports as needed.

    3. Operational and Functional Training & Development

    • Coordinating meetings, venues, and equipment for HR-related activities.
    • Assisting in the authorization and approval of training programs.
    • Maintaining training documentation and records.
    • Supporting the HR team in disciplinary procedures and CCMA preparations.
