    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. An honors degree is highly desirable.
    • Experience: 3-5 years in process improvement, business analysis, or a related field, with a solid understanding of process management principles.
    • Process Mapping Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, and familiarity with BPMN standards.
    • Process Improvement Knowledge: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
    • Technical and Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify deviations, and suggest improvements.
    • Process Automation Insight: Knowledge of automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or industrial automation, is beneficial.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
