Credit Evaluation Process:
- Ensures effective execution of credit evaluation processes to uphold high-quality decision-making within the credit team.
- Adheres to individual product policies or multiple product policies as applicable.
- Collaborates with partners to develop lending strategies that proactively manage the bank’s credit risk.
Credit Risk Lifecycle:
- Works closely with the Credit Risk Management team to prepare agreements and ensure fulfillment of pre-conditions for loan drawdowns.
- Manages the release of limits and oversees ongoing compliance with sanctions and conditions post-drawdown.
Operations Processes:
- Reviews and ensures the existence of detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensures SOPs and SLAs align with credit policies and legislation to maintain compliance.
Project Management:
- Participates in projects and undertakes ad-hoc functions as required.
- Provides support for staff training and enhances customer journeys through effective project implementation.
