Sales Process Skills Program Facilitator Description
The successful candidate for Sales Process Skills Program Facilitator will be responsible for:
- Facilitation of Learning: Engaging in facilitating learning consistent with unit standards, preparing learning materials, utilizing new approaches, techniques, and assessment methods.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Possessing comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the subject area, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Coordination and Administration: Planning, coordinating, controlling, administering, evaluating, and reporting on learners’ progress.
- Learning Environment: Establishing a stimulating learning environment that actively engages learners, utilizing their experiences as valuable resources.
- Academic and Practical Activities: Coordinating all academic and practical activities of each subject or program offered, ensuring administrative efficiency.
- Resource Management: Taking responsibility for the stock and equipment used.
- Professional Development: Participating in facilitator assessments or appraisals to improve learning and managing facilitation, contributing to the professional development of colleagues by sharing knowledge, ideas, and resources.
- Curriculum Development: Staying informed of current developments in educational thinking, curriculum, and program development.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating with facilitators as required, reporting to the Head of Department, and discussing learners’ conduct and progress.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: An appropriate, recognized National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in the Insurance Environment.
- Skills: Must be computer literate.
- Additional: A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
