Key Responsibilities of the Role

- Document Control and Record Keeping: Interns will play a key role in maintaining training records, archiving materials, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible according to Sasol’s internal standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The role requires regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Interns will be involved in client-facing engagements, helping coordinate meetings and gathering feedback to improve training processes.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Interns will be responsible for administrating the learning process within Sasol’s Learning Management Systems (SAP LSO and T@W). This includes ensuring that all data is accurate and properly entered in accordance with Sasol’s HR standards.
- Reporting and Learning Analytics: Interns will be tasked with assisting in reporting and analyzing training outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement in Sasol’s learning initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
Sasol’s Youth Development Programme is designed for individuals who have completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field. While prior work experience is not required for this internship, candidates must demonstrate the following behavioral and technical competencies:
