    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Technology Management:
      • Ensure the functionality, currency, and cost-effectiveness of all technologies used.
      • Stay informed about current and emerging technological trends, issues, and solutions.
    • IT Operations:
      • Oversee the effective operation of IT services and support across the organization.
      • Serve as a technical expert for developing, implementing, managing, and supporting systems and networks.
    • System and Network Optimization:
      • Evaluate and propose new approaches for IT service delivery.
      • Test and optimize system, network, and data functionality.
      • Define technical requirements and recommend improvements.
    • Technical Support:

    • Business Continuity and Security:

    Role Requirements:

    • Qualifications & Expertise:
      • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT.
      • Certifications: N+, Network Security +, CCNA, Sophos Certification (preferred), CISSP or CISM (advantageous).
      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Network & Security.
      • Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security.
    • Technical Knowledge:
      • Windows Servers Administration.
      • Cloud Computing (e.g., Azure, AWS).
      • IT Security Platforms.
      • Microsoft Products (e.g., MS SharePoint, O365, OneDrive, MS Teams, Intune, SCCM).
      • Mimecast Security Solution (advantageous).
