    Responsibilities

    • Manage and respond to client inquiries, documenting interactions and outcomes.
    • Promptly escalate complex queries or customer complaints to supervisors and branch managers.
    • Provide technical support on AVBOB Member Value products and services.
    • Foster positive client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate client records and document service processes.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Conduct post-service surveys to identify client service concerns and facilitate proactive interventions.
    • Stay informed about emerging trends in client services and assist in leveraging these trends.

    Qualifications:
