Key Responsibilities
- Control Stock: Ensure all stock is accounted for and properly managed.
- POS & Pricing: Manage the Point of Sale system and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Open and Close the Coffee and Juice Bar: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the bar.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric: Essential.
- Relevant Training: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in a barista role or a similar customer service position preferred.
Knowledge:
- Product Knowledge: Understand different types of beverages and food items.
- Principles: Knowledge of basic principles in customer service and food handling.
- Merchandising: Ability to present and display products attractively.
- Cold Chain: Understand the cold chain process to maintain food safety.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Equipment Handling: Ability to operate coffee machines and other equipment.
- Safety: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
