Job Purpose
To deliver comprehensive customer care and revenue collection services to all eThekwini Municipality customers and patrons of the Service Centre.

Requirements:
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
