    Position Purpose

    Underwriting Department:

    • Assist with new registrations, state transfers, cancellations, and return of earning processes.
    • Provide support in maintaining accurate records and handling customer inquiries.

    Marketing & Communications Department:

    • Support in briefing agencies, publishing communications on CLA, event planning & coordination, and distribution of promotional items and branding.
    • Aid in the creation of marketing materials and updating social media platforms.

    HR Department:

    • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management, bursaries, and ad-hoc HR projects.
    • Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining employee records.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric qualification with proficiency in English and Mathematics.
    • Relevant diploma or degree.
    • 0 to 6 months’ experience in general administration.
    • 0 to 6 months’ experience in data capturing.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in literacy and numeracy.
