CIT TT Data Capturer Role Description
The primary responsibility of the CIT TT Data Capturer is to support the Transtrack Supervisor by maintaining revenue and ensuring accurate revenue figures for operational branches. The role requires keen attention to detail, methodical working methods, and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
The CIT TT Data Capturer will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
- Receiving service instructions via signed sales orders and contracts to load on the Trans Track System for service branches.
- Ensuring that Trans Track data and billing data are correct.
- Constant communication with branches to address any queries on service schedules.
- Loading new services, service amendments, and adhoc services.
- Assisting with queries related to branch route amendments by communicating with the billing department.
- Completing daily reports and sending them to branch managers.
- Ensuring correct onward location for banking is actioned accurately on the Trans Track System.
- Assisting in maintaining the Trans Track Database.
- Performing any adhoc duties required within the business.
- Assisting with ICash duties, including weekend and night shifts.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Education:
- Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-Matric qualifications.
- Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Previous experience in the security environment is a plus.
- Essential Attributes:
- Accuracy and high methodical working methods.
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
