Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 and post-matric certificate/diploma.
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience OR B Tech/first degree qualification (without experience).
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (advantageous).

- Project Support and Administration:
- Provide specialized professional project support and administrative services through the IS&T Programme Office.
- Project Approval Process:
- Monitor and control the project approval process of all formal IS&T projects to ensure adherence to standards, good governance, and best practices within IS&T.
- Correspondence and Enquiries:
- Attend to correspondence and enquiries regarding the services, systems, and ongoing work of the department.
- Facilitation of Services:
- Facilitate the use of services and systems offered by the department branch, ensuring compliance with correct processes.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track, monitor, and update project progress; prepare weekly reports for project meetings.
- Project Documentation:
- Create, monitor, and update project documentation; establish an electronic project repository for effective record-keeping.
