Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including setting objectives to improve patient flow and ensuring services are available.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on communication.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure clinic operates within stated hours and processes claims accurately.
- Stock and Equipment: Manage clinic stock levels and ensure equipment is in working condition.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric), tertiary qualification in General Nursing, Degree/Diploma in Midwifery.
- Registration: Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC) and obtain BHF registration.
- Experience: 2-3 years as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Advantageous Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Primary Health Care Sister.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Patient Record Systems, CKS, and Allegra.
- Additional Training: Courses in Baby Immunisation, Family Planning, Primary Health Care, Breastfeeding, Disease Management.
Competencies
- Essential: Knowledge of community health nursing, primary health care, family planning, and emergency care. Strong English language skills, analytical abilities, emotional intelligence, and time management.
- Advantageous: Bilingual, understanding of business objectives.
