As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing the digital marketing strategies that drive our online presence. You will be working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to plan, produce, and manage digital content calendars for both organic and paid media.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Management: Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to develop and manage digital content calendars that align with our overall media strategy. Ensure the seamless rollout of campaigns across our website and user experience (UX) journey.
- Strategic Campaign Oversight: Provide strategic input and oversee key campaigns from planning through to execution. Ensure all campaigns meet their objectives and are aligned with our broader marketing goals.
- Budget Management: Propose and manage budget allocations, ensuring that the content plan aligns with our marketing strategy. Oversee financial planning for campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers for both paid and organic content. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing collaborations.
- Reporting: Compile comprehensive digital campaign reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Present these reports internally and to suppliers, ensuring clear communication of campaign outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead strategic planning and project management for digital projects. Coordinate efforts between key team members and third-party collaborators to ensure successful project completion.
- Traffic Management: Ensure that digital marketing campaign traffic aligns with our eCommerce sales objectives and targets.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing digital campaigns and content.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience with Magento eCommerce CMS is essential.
- Personal Attributes: We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for digital media. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, excellent budget management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
