Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- 3-year Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and Learning and Development (L&D) events.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based records for the L&D function.
- Manage the L&D calendar and ensure all records and documentation are up-to-date and accurate.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist with the planning and execution of L&D events at Head Office and, if necessary, at hospital facilities.
- Support the recruitment process as needed by identifying candidates and conducting reference checks.
- Record Keeping and Confidentiality:
- Maintain confidentiality of HR conversations, files, and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR and L&D files to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Support Functions:
- Provide clerical support to the L&D team and assist with orientations for new hires.
- Keep abreast of trends in HR and Learning and Development.
