Job Description:
- Register patients following established standards.
- Assist patients in completing medical forms, including insurance.
- Monitor and maintain clinical equipment, stationery, and medication inventory.
- Inform patients about clinic procedures and manage patient records.
- Open new patient files according to procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of patient information.
- Process medical aid payments.
- Manage patient appointments and ensure timely scheduling.
- Obtain medical reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and confidentiality of the reception area.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Use proper telephone etiquette with patients.
- Provide accurate information and take detailed messages.
