    1. Driver Training: Deliver classroom-based instruction and on-the-road assessments for security personnel, following industry standards and quality management protocols (QMS).
    2. Learner Support and Coaching: Guide learners to meet program objectives, focusing on ensuring competence in line with learning outcomes and unit standards.
    3. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to guidelines set by regulatory bodies such as SASSETA, PSIRA, and SAPS, maintaining training content in line with legislative and quality assurance standards.
    4. Assessment Reporting: Conduct and report on driver assessments, analyze accident trends, and recommend improvements. A crucial goal is to reduce the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rate to 0.75 for the KZN region.
    5. Pre-Employment Assessments: Conduct driving assessments for new recruits, ensuring only those meeting the required standards proceed in the hiring process.
    6. Irregular Hours: Be available for night shifts, weekend duties, and regional branch visits as required.

    Key Performance Areas

    To ensure success in this role, the Driving Instructor will focus on:

    • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, adhering to QMS guidelines and industry best practices.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly assessment targets, such as evaluating 6 security personnel per shift.
    • Accident Analysis and Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on driving incidents, providing data analysis and trend insights.

    Minimum Requirements
