Key Responsibilities

- Driver Training: Deliver classroom-based instruction and on-the-road assessments for security personnel, following industry standards and quality management protocols (QMS).
- Learner Support and Coaching: Guide learners to meet program objectives, focusing on ensuring competence in line with learning outcomes and unit standards.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to guidelines set by regulatory bodies such as SASSETA, PSIRA, and SAPS, maintaining training content in line with legislative and quality assurance standards.

- Irregular Hours: Be available for night shifts, weekend duties, and regional branch visits as required.

Minimum Requirements
