Key Responsibilities
As an English Home Language Teacher, your primary duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Planning and Preparation of Lessons: Develop comprehensive lesson plans in line with the CAPS curriculum to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved.
- Setting and Moderating SBA Tasks: Create and assess School Based Assessment (SBA) tasks that are in accordance with the CAPS requirements.
- Implementing Intervention Strategies: Design and implement strategies to support learners, especially those with special educational needs.
- Attending Meetings and Workshops: Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and school meetings.
- Organizing Extra-Mural Activities: Engage learners in extracurricular activities that contribute to their holistic development.

Requirements
