    Job Description

    The General Worker will perform a variety of tasks associated with the manufacturing function at VKB Grain. This role requires individuals to demonstrate initiative and utilize basic training to support operational activities effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular inspections in assigned areas.
    • Operate tractors as needed (valid Code B driver’s license required).
    • Measure and inspect bins to ensure quality control.
    • Manage stock in the screening room and oversee the loading of screenings.
    • Perform general tasks as directed by management.

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
    • Licensing: Valid Code B driver’s license for tractor operation.
    • Availability: Willingness to work overtime when required.
