Job Description
The General Worker will perform a variety of tasks associated with the manufacturing function at VKB Grain. This role requires individuals to demonstrate initiative and utilize basic training to support operational activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular inspections in assigned areas.
- Operate tractors as needed (valid Code B driver’s license required).
- Measure and inspect bins to ensure quality control.
- Manage stock in the screening room and oversee the loading of screenings.
- Perform general tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Licensing: Valid Code B driver’s license for tractor operation.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime when required.
Skills Required

- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure.
