Key Responsibilities
The successful Housekeeper applicant will be expected to carry out a range of housekeeping and maintenance tasks. These include but are not limited to:
- Daily Tasks:
- Replacing burnt-out light bulbs.
- Delivering milk to the tea kitchens each morning.
- Checking and maintaining air conditioners, especially on the first floor.
- Filling water coolers across all floors.
- Cleaning ashtrays throughout the premises.
- Sweeping the fire escape.
- Weekly and Scheduled Tasks:
- Washing company vehicles every Monday and Friday.
- Cleaning the vending machine every Wednesday.
- Collecting and organizing recycling paper every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Cleaning the carport every Wednesday.
- Wiping down toilet walls every Wednesday.
- Lubricating metal door hinges every second Thursday.
- Cleaning internal glass doors and windows every Tuesday.
- Spraying parking areas with ant killer every second Monday.
- Removing weeds from the front yard and generator area every second Monday.
- Checking and cleaning the office fridge on the first of every month.
- Wiping air vents and fixtures on the first and second floors every Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
