    The Hygiene Assistant Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the operations of hygiene, pest control, and deep cleaning services. The successful candidate will ensure seamless administrative processes to deliver high-quality services to clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    This role is diverse, with a strong focus on administrative and operational support:

    1. Hygiene Standards and Documentation:
      • Develop and maintain service standards.
      • Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) and service reports.
      • Keep client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) files up-to-date.
    2. Client and Staff Coordination:
      • Schedule client medical appointments and induction processes.
      • Oversee onboarding documentation for new employees (temporary and permanent).
      • Handle inquiries and provide quick responses to clients and staff.
    3. Operational Support:
      • Reconcile credit card statements for regional managers.
      • Prepare and submit service and treatment reports.
      • Assist in scheduling and managing timesheets for technicians.
    4. Event and Logistics Support:
      • Coordinate roadshows and events, ensuring logistical and administrative arrangements are handled efficiently.
      • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to resolve any payment or client-related issues.
    5. Other Key Tasks:
      • Prepare contract cancellation documentation.
      • Manage installation notices and request vouchers.
      • Stay informed on industry trends and suggest improvements.

    Education and Experience Required

    • Minimum Qualification: Matric Certificate.
    • Work Experience:
      • Administrative experience, preferably in hygiene or a related industry.
      • Knowledge of hygiene practices, pest control, and related regulations.
    • Technical Skills:
