The Internal Salesperson is an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads through phone, email, and other channels.
- Proactively engage with customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Sales Processes:
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sales Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure data accuracy in all documentation and sales software.
- Product Knowledge:

Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical products or related industry.
