    To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:

    • Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales/telemarketing (outbound) within a Contact Centre
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Internet, Word, Excel)
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written
    • Strong Telephone Etiquette
    • Understanding of dialler systems and functions
    • Target-driven with the ability to maintain consistent high-performance levels
    • Familiarity with contact centre metrics and their application in performance review

      • Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
      • No Saturdays required
