Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Possess a Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Provide SAPS Clearance results (indicating no criminal record)
- Submit proof of medical examination
- Be a permanent resident within the jurisdiction of Joe Morolong Local Municipality
Selection Process
Applicants who meet the basic requirements will go through a selection process, which includes:

- Verification of SAPS Clearance Results – Only official SAPS Clearance will be accepted. Other criminal clearance certificates will not be considered.
