    As a Logistics Graduate Intern at Nexio, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in the KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) stores, collaborating with Nexio engineers, project managers, and the central warehouse team. Your primary role will involve ensuring that stock is available when needed, maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, and safeguarding Nexio’s reputation through efficient stock management and adherence to Health and Safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Logistics Management: Oversee all logistics functions for the KZN stores, acting as the main point of contact for Vodacom and Nexio regarding KZN stock.
    • Receiving and Dispatching: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of all equipment to engineers and staff, verifying stock and reporting any discrepancies.
    • Stock Control: Conduct weekly and month-end stock takes, ensuring that buffer stock levels are maintained and all stock movements are accurately captured on the database.
    • Documentation and Filing: Keep meticulous records of all goods dispatched and received, ensuring documentation is properly filed.
    • Shipping: Handle the shipping of decommissioned goods back to Nexio or Vodacom, ensuring a smooth process.
