    Marketing Coordinator Job Overview

    The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator at hearX is to assist the digital marketing team in optimizing marketing journeys to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the revenue goals of the B2C division. You will also help management develop and implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and past performance. In addition, you will be involved in general marketing administration, continually seeking to improve processes for greater efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. B2C Marketing Coordination (30%)

    • Assist in overall digital marketing administration.
    • Support the broader marketing team with general tasks.
    • Help the Finance Department with B2C marketing payments, budget reconciliations, and approvals.
    • Maintain and organize marketing folders and files.
    • Manage digital marketing accounts and tools.
    • Conduct marketing research and assist in the implementation of marketing tasks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on retailer online marketing initiatives.
    • Assist with digital marketing projects by managing Monday.com boards, scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and sending updates.

    2. Customer Journey / CRM Coordination (25%)

    • Assist with developing a full-funnel customer journey strategy for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail.
    • Support the management of email drip campaigns in Mailchimp and Marketing Cloud.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Essential: BCom Marketing Management or a related commerce degree.
    • Desirable: Postgraduate degree.

    Experience

    • 2–4 years of experience in:
      • B2C marketing
      • Marketing administration
      • Digital marketing (especially in monitoring and optimizing campaigns)
      • Marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, etc.)

    Skills and Knowledge (Essential)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
