Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and drive brand success.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns: Leverage various channels including digital, social media, PR, events, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams from sales, product, design, and finance to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to budget.
- Performance monitoring and strategy refinement: Use advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and maximize results.
Content Creation and Management
- Oversee content development: Manage the creation of compelling content including copy, visuals, videos, and infographics that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams: Partner with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure content is consistent with brand identity and messaging.
- Manage content calendars: Ensure timely publication of content across various platforms, maintaining a steady flow of engaging material.
Brand Management and Positioning
- Cultivate strong brand identities: Develop and sustain powerful brand identities for each of the company’s brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct research to understand target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics, using this data to inform brand positioning.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research: Define target audiences and analyze market trends to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.

Budget Management and Reporting

Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or technology.
- Marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Project management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
