    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
    • Possess customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm towards leading technologies and a strong motivation to learn and grow.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during periods of high-volume work activity.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices, including information processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) devices in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the RMA warranty process.
    • Maintain a strong focus on understanding the impact of work when completing tickets and assigned Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks.
    • Maintain and ensure up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).
    • Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
    • Assist in reconciling and reporting inventory discrepancies.
    • Perform destruction of data-bearing devices (DBD) as necessary, following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
    • Adhere to security and data management policies.
