      • Bachelor’s Degree/B-Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

      • Manage client department projects.
      • Oversee the Directorate’s Annual Performance Plan.
      • Coordinate and plan building infrastructure projects.

    2. Director – Roads, Project & Capital Implementation (Re-Advert)

      • B-Tech/BEng in Civil Engineering.

      • Monitor and evaluate project performance and budget utilization.

    3. Deputy Director: Contractor Development and Innovation (12-Month Contract)

      • Develop and implement policy on contractor development and cooperatives.
      • Enhance partnerships with critical stakeholders in the North West Province.

    4. Deputy Director: Road Maintenance (12-Month Contract)

    5. Deputy Director: EPWP Empowerment, Artisan Development & Learnership (12-Month Contract)

    • Salary: R958,824 per annum (SL11) – All-inclusive remuneration package.

    • Qualifications Required:
      • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Public Administration, or Project Management.

      • Manage the Department’s EPWP empowerment initiatives, including Artisan and Learnership programs.
      • Facilitate the development of human capacity within EPWP.
      • Develop and manage exit strategies for EPWP beneficiaries.

    6. Control Engineering Technologist (x4) – 12-Month Contract

    • Salary: R831,309 per annum (Grade A)
    • Location: Head Office, Mahikeng

    • Qualifications Required:
      • Bachelor of Technology in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
      • Six years of post-qualification experience as an Engineering Technologist.
      • Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
      • A valid driver’s license.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage and implement in-house road infrastructure projects.
      • Attend site meetings for Capex projects.
      • Monitor and evaluate technological designs and ensure legal compliance.

    7. Deputy Director: Internal Control (Re-Advert)

    • Salary: R811,560 per annum (SL11) – All-inclusive remuneration package.

    • Qualifications Required:
      • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, or Compliance.
      • 3 – 5 years of experience in internal control or auditing, with 3 years at an Assistant Director level.
      • A valid driver’s license.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and maintain effective systems of internal control.
      • Coordinate both internal and external audits.
      • Evaluate internal control systems and make necessary recommendations.

    8. Professional Construction Project Manager – Building Infrastructure (x4) – 12-Month Contract

    • Salary: R795,147 – R894,042 per annum (Grade A-B)
    • Location: Head Office, Mahikeng

    • Qualifications Required:
      • National Higher Diploma or B-Tech in the Built Environment field, with a minimum of 4 years of certified managerial experience.
      • Registration with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager.
      • A valid driver’s license.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Guide project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
      • Ensure sound implementation of Capex building projects.
      • Monitor budgets and ensure achievement of Annual Performance Plan targets.
