Administration Officer Job Overview
The successful candidate will join SANBI’s Supply Chain and Asset Management Division, particularly the Asset Management Business Unit. Qualifications and Competency Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification:
- A National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6, paired with four years of relevant work experience.
- Alternatively, a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field at NQF Level 7, with two years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred Qualification:
- A Postgraduate qualification at NQF Level 8 in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be advantageous.
In addition to academic credentials, candidates should have:
- Extensive knowledge of asset management and systems such as Sage.
- A thorough understanding of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and GRAP standards.
- Advanced skills in planning, problem-solving, and organizing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial report writing and people management.
Expertise in software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook is essential. A valid driver’s license with at least one year of practical driving experience and the willingness to travel nationally are also required.
