Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of ICT projects from initiation to closure. Key performance areas include:
- Full Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of ICT projects, ensuring they meet objectives and are completed as per customer requirements.
- Policy and Guideline Input: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines within the project management department.
- Performance Reporting and Issue Escalation: Regularly report on project progress and promptly identify any constraints, escalating them as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Minimum Requirements for the Role
Education & Training
- Degree or Diploma in Project Management: Candidates must hold a qualification in Project Management, ideally with a specialization in areas such as Software Development, Infrastructure Management, Security, or a related ICT field.
- Proficiency in PMBOK and Agile: A demonstrated understanding of PMBOK and Agile project management frameworks is essential.
- Project Management Knowledge: A solid foundation in project management principles, tools, and techniques is required.
Experience
- 5-7 Years of Project Management Experience: Candidates should have significant experience in project management, including at least three years of leading ICT project implementation teams.
