Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in HR Management/Development, Public Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably holds a Project Management qualification.
- Postgraduate qualification in ODET (Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices) advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Training and Development.
- Experience in Post School Education and Training (PSET) environment beneficial.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Familiarity with Skills Development Act, Skills Levies Act, and SAQA Act.
- Knowledgeable about SETA sector.
- Understanding of Assessor and Moderation principles.
- Proficient in stakeholder management.
- Sound understanding of Administration Systems operations.
- Thorough knowledge of skills development frameworks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Learning Programme & Projects Coordination:
- Plan, monitor, and close learning programmes ensuring compliance with MICT SETA policies.
- Lead project design, implementation, and monitoring, acting as the main coordinator for regional engagements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, evaluate programme applications, and manage approval processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and contract management, verifying compliance and milestones.
Quality Assurance Support:
- Verify provider accreditation, conduct workshops on SAQA qualifications, and facilitate Assessor and Moderator registrations.
- Monitor programme implementation and ensure adherence to quality management standards.
- Coordinate assessments and certificate issuance according to policy guidelines.
Clients & Stakeholder Relations:
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders and training providers to enhance regional impact.
- Foster relationships for work exposure opportunities and promote skills development initiatives.
- Implement marketing strategies and act as a primary liaison for funded projects, resolving queries promptly.
Project Financial Administration:
- Coordinate regional projects within budget and schedule, ensuring efficient payment processing.
- Secure procurement budgets and manage financial reconciliations for funding and refunds as needed.
Risk and Compliance:
- Adhere to fraud controls, governance principles, and compliance processes.
- Ensure SLA adherence between providers and employers, prepare for audits, and maintain regulatory compliance.
